We are Based in Cape Town but we can service our customers in any region within South Africa.

Delivery times differ on a product-to-product basis. The estimated production confirmed prior to placing the order. Generally, most products can be dispatched in 5 -7 Working Days.

If you need your products by a certain time, let us know ASAP and we will give you options.

1. Request a quote – You can use the contact form or E-Mail us directly;
2. Send us your logo/ artwork and we will then create a proof for your approval;
3. We will send you a Formal quote including branding;
4. You pay a 60% Deposit and we proceed with Production;
5. You pay the Balance on completion of the Order; and
6. You will be notified when your order is ready for Collection/ delivery.

To decorate your products we will need a vector file format of your logo. PDF, PNG and JPEG is the acceptable format. And If you don’t have this available send us the highest resolution of your logo available. A redraw will incur additional costs.

The maximum decoration area for each product will vary.

When we are creating your artwork we will always maximise the available area for your logo to look its best. Please discuss this with our Team.

We always want you to be 100% confident before these products go into production so on every order you will receive an Electronic layout that displays the colour, location and size of your logo.

You can also specify the Pantone Colour required which we can match.

Please note that some colours are more difficult to match than others. We will endeavour to match as closely as possible depending on the application.
